WHAT ARE THE RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICIES?
Before delivery, we will send real photos to you for QC. If you want to return or exchange the shoes after receiving them,for sizing matters or another related issue, you will be responsible for the costs incurred. When you apply for a return or exchange, you need to take photos of the details of the shoe and contact us. We will check your return package asap. If the shoes meet the return criteria (Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.), we will arrange for an exchange or refund asap.
